After a transaction, your private information (name, contact information) will be kept stored securely on file for more than 60 days in order to deal with any queries, process refunds and making future orders easier to fulfil.

Do we use cookies?

We do not store personal or financial information in the process of payment, nor do we share this information with 3rd parties, unless it is required for the completion of the order.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information beyond what is required to complete our service to you.

Details on who we share this personal information with and for what purpose are listed below:

UPS & Royal Mail – for delivery of items that are not suitable for delivery via our own delivery service. We will share with these parties, your name, contact details and delivery address.

Jeldwen – for order of specific Jeldwen items. In order to validate and process the Jeldwen product warranty and also for delivery of any missing parts, should this occur. On some occasions Jeldwen may deliver their products directly to the you, the customer. We pass your name, contact details and delivery address to Jeldwen for this purpose only.

Trust Pilot – if you’ve given consent, we pass your contact details to Trust Pilot to allow you to review the service we’ve delivered. We ask for your consent to do this during the order process.

No other information is shared with any other third parties, except for those trusted third parties above who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Any usage information is collected solely for the use of our company. The only cookies we set are for processing your order and displaying the unit preferences. These are deemed essential to the operation of the website. However, the law does mean that we have to ask your permission before setting these cookies.
